    ONLINE CONSULTATION PROCESS

    1. It can be done through LegalAssist website as well as with App.
    2. Client does not require to login to search for a lawyer but as soon as he/she wants a consultation, then will have to register himself/herself on portal.
    3. Client can select any lawyer as per requirement or can search best through our search bar for a specific need and in a specific location.
    4. Profile and charges will be shown of selected lawyer.
    5. Client can select a time slot of appointment by paying booking fee to book the slot. The booking fee will be adjusted in consultation fee, only if client takes consultation otherwise non-refundable. No booking fee will be separately charged.
    6. Consultation can be recorded on request, for the client and lawyer. Recording fees will be charged extra.

    CASE HANDLING PROCESS

    1. After satisfactory consultation client can hire lawyer to file his/her case.
    2. The client can use LegalAssist secure platform to share data.
    3. Lawyer and client can meet in person to discuss on case too.

    DOCUMENT HANDLING

    1. Client can access our form where they have to fill the information about their requirement.
    2. LegalAssist’s backend expert team or any lawyer available on premium portal can claim to complete the work.
    3. The document will be made and client can review only on our platform.
    4. To get the final document, clients have to agree and have to pay the fee.
    5. A small amount will be charged initially.

    COMPANY TIE-UPS

    1. Companies can also tie-up with LegalAssist to get expert assistance on legal issues and documentation regularly.
    2. They can opt monthly or yearly plans to get assistance.
